FEDEX, UPS and USPS
Shipments are often left at your door unless you request otherwise. You should IMMEDIATELY INSPECT THE PACKAGE and notify Rubber Floors and More, FEDEX, UPS and/or USPS if you find any damages or missing products. All items left at the door will be the responsibility of the customer.
You must be present when delivery is made. We cannot stress enough the importance of inspecting your shipment immediately upon its arrival BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES YOUR LOCATION! Any shortages or damages MUST be written on your delivery paperwork that the driver will have you sign. If you are unable to inspect the entire shipment thoroughly at the time of delivery, you must state on the driver’s paperwork “PENDING FURTHER INSPECTION” but do still write anything down that looks out of place; damages to boxes, items loosely placed on the pallet, tape broken anywhere, we also highly recommend taking a photo with your smart phone or camera.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If your product arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately and take a picture of the received damaged products. If you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.
All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website.
You may return an unused product in new condition within 30 days of receipt in original packaging for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA). There will be a 25% restocking fee for refund requests. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please contact us before any items are returned.
Return Shipping Cost
With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Rubber Floors and more are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. If a product is considered defective you must notify us immediately and or send a picture/video of the defective item to email@example.com.
All closeout items are non-returnable and are sold “As Is”. If a product is classified as a second or grade “B” it also is sold “As Is” and non-returnable.
