Rubber Floors and More warrants it’s rubber flooring products to be free of manufacturing defects in Materials Only for a period five years. Liability is limited to replacement of products to original consumer. Every effort is made, in the manufacture of rubber flooring products, for consistency of size, color and density within a given lot number.
Please keep in mind that our products come from recycled materials. As such you can expect recognizable visual differences. It is strongly recommended to dry lay all material before installation and rearrange product if necessary to minimize these differences. Any moderate to severe discrepancies should be reported before installation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all flooring products prior to installation. If any of the flooring rolls, tiles, and/or mats have been installed, used, and/or cut to fit in an installation, the items are no longer returnable. Skive or knife marks on products are an inherent characteristic of using recycled rubber and will not be viewed as an appropriate reason for returning the product. We cannot accept returns for color, length or width variations unless they are off more than 6 mm or if colors are substantially different. All other floor coverings that is unused and approved by Rubber Floors & More to be returned within 30 days of purchase or if the order is refused upon delivery the customer will incur a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do our best to make every change to your order possible. However, many of our flooring products ship the same or next business day which means that if your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make the desired change without additional fees. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
